Nail Of The Day! :-)

Here I have painted my nails with OPI's Ate berries in the canaries, along with Konad stamping and a gem on the ring finger....Loving Konad, takes a bit of getting use to but it really does give great results. Just thought i'd share. :)

Sorry about the grainy image....photo taken on Ipad! :-)

Easily pleased.....I LOVE M&M world!

For something a little different I decided to take a trip into London Yesterday and visit London Dungeons....one of the places I have never been. London Dungeons is AMAZING! Its educational, fun and scary all at the same time...loved it! Probably not the best place for the faint hearted as it is quite gruesome and graphic, definitely worth giving it a try though! Anyway after eating at TGI Friday in Leicester Square (the mozzarella dippers are probably the best in the world! Love for TGI’s!) I happened to walk past M&M world and had to take a look...It was bloody brilliant! I was so excited by all the pink and purple shades of M&M’s and this made me very happy :-)

Nail of the day!

Just HAD to share these nails as I love them! Its OPI Pirates of the Caribbean Mermaids Tears, paired with OPI Katy Perry Teenage Dream and Miss Sporty glitter top coat on the ring fingers. What a beaut!

Chlobo jewellery :-)

Another thing I am completely obsessed with at the moment is Chlobo bracelets. Their tag line is ‘irresistibly  collectable jewellery’ and it is just that. Their pieces are just so unique and they do the same styles in so many different colours and sizes, they’re perfect for layering! I’ve only got 2 and I’m already craving more. They’re so comfy to wear, unique and add a pop of colour to any outfit. Pretty reasonable prices too, they start at around £35! You can buy online, although I purchased mine through a local boutique. Loving the peace sign too....very boho!

New obsession.....Sass and Belle

I have recently started buying lots of homeware and decorative pieces and have since become slightly obsessed with Sass and Belle. Its a quirky yet stylish brand and has alot of really unique pieces. One of the favourites I have purchased from them recently is this beautiful jewellery tree (complete with a few items of jewellery for effect!)

I LOVE this!! I purchased this and several other items through Brandalley (which is another site I have great love for) and it was only around £7! I've checked on their direct website and they sell them for around £9 which is still a fantastic price! I have also purchased a jewellery hanger (which hangs on the wall) and an owl chalkboard (not sure why, I like owls is all i can say. haha) both by Sass and Belle but purchased through Brandalley and both look fantastic...will picture both when I hang them up!

Tory Burch look-a-like shoes at a quarter of the price?.....Yes please!!

Whilst surfing the internet lusting after Tory Burch shoes I thought to myself 'I need to get a pair of those bad boys' but the price is slightly off putting for me! They retail at around £170 in the UK and i've never spent that amount on a pair of flat shoes before, so I decided I just couldn't part with that amount of money. Anyway, whilst at a outlet shopping centre I came across a pair of Tory Burch look-a-likes....
These babies are from an outlet store called Staccato (part of the Pavers chain) They are the closest I have seen to the actual design and I had to bag a pair at only £40. They are leather, very comfortable and come in 2 colours; pastel coral, and pastel green...bag on trend for spring! speak soon :-) xoxo

Tis' the season......to spend lots of money in Lush!

From top left - Gingerbread House, Golden Wonder, Lil Lush Pud, Abombinaball, The Melting Snowman, Christmas Eve, Snow Cake and new permanent lines – Phoenix Rising and Yuzu and Cocoa.
Gingerbread House is Christmas in a bubble bar! Ginger and cinnamon gives the bar a lovely warm Christmassy scent! It also has a bit of a fruity undertone too. You can easy get 2 baths out of this but me being me; crumble the whole thing in to the tub for mountains of gingery bubbles!
Next is Golden Wonder bath bomb. I personally rarely buy bath bombs as I much prefer bubbles, but if there glitter and pretty I can’t resist. I was really only suckered in to buying this when the sales assistant plopped it in to a bowl of water to show me how amazing it was.  It’s said to be like a ‘pass the parcel’ gift, each different layer has something different. First its gold and glittery then it goes to blue and shoots out lots of little paper stars. If you shake it, it even sounds like there is a present inside ...genius! To me it smells like Champagne Snow Showers perfume, very citrusy! Probably a very good ‘pick me up’ for that boxing day hangover or groggy feeling?
Lil Lush Pud. Another one I’m suckered into buy because of how beautiful it looks! And also one of my all time favourite scents from lush is Snow Cake soap...and this smells exactly the same.  It’s also got a bit of zesty, lemony undertone to it too. Love, love, love it! This has become something of a cult favourite and I have been buying this for years!
Abombinaball...hmmm. I brought this bath bomb for pretty blue and gold...not sure of the scent and I am yet to use it in the bath. Note sure how I feel about peppermint oil and vanilla together. We will see. But hey, nice and Christmassy!
The Melting Snowman. Again smells just like Snow Cake soap, so a sure fire winner for me! This gorgeous bath melt contains vanilla and sweet wild orange which gives him that marzipan/almond fragrance which I love so much! I also has cocoa butter and shea butter in it, leaving you feeling moisturised! This is another reason I love Snow Cake soap...the moisturising properties of it!
Christmas eve. Another one of my favourites, but probably because it was one of the first ones I ever brought! You can really smell the hint of jasmine, mmmm!
Snow Cake. Enough said about this amazing bar of soap already!
These two are permanent everyday lines. Firstly, Phoenix rising bath bomb. Amazing colour, purple and gold and smells to me just like black current! Yummy! Finally, Yuzu and Cocoa bubble bar. These come in a little stack so you can break them and use them in more than one bath. So soft and moisturising, virtually melting as soon as it comes into contact with you skin. Smells to me of coconut and grapefruit which I think gives an overall mango scent!
Favourites are Snow Cake Soap, Melting Snowman and Christmas Eve. Also Yuzu and Cocoa, but this is a permanent line so there is no need to rush out and buy it.
Other recommendations from the Christmas lush lines are Snow Fairy shower gel and Magic Wand (which is Snow Fairy in a bubble bar form) but I totally forgot to pick these up so I will definitely be needing a return trip!
